Application
The first step in our process involves contacting one of our recruiters to discuss your skills, experience and career goals. Have your updated resume handy, as our recruiters will request that information to include in your candidate profile.
Screening
If it looks like you have the right skill set for the types of customers we support, the next step will be more in-depth screening to confirm your capability level and overall competencies. Our screening process is called ReferencePoint and is an important step as it assures our customers that the candidates we provide truly possess the type and level of skills and experience we promised. ReferencePoint screening tools include:
- In-Person Interviews
- Skills Testing
- Reference Checks
- Behavioral Interviews
Placement
If we think there is a solid match between your skills and career objectives and the opportunities we can make available, you will be assigned to a Yoh recruiter who will represent you with our various customers. Our recruiters are here to work as your advocate, helping you determine the next step in your career and finding the assignments that will get you there.
When our recruiter locates the opportunity tailored for you, a contact is made and we will begin guiding you through the interview process. We will provide you with information on the customer and assignment, as well as coordinate customer interviews to ensure a successful placement. Once you are working on assignment, we will check in with you on a regular basis to ensure the assignment is meeting your needs and expectations and answer any employment-related questions you might have.
