Yoh Names New President of Health & Life Sciences and Promotes Key Executive

PHILADELPHIA, Pa.—October 10, 2007—Yoh, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing services, and a unit of Day & Zimmermann, today announced that Pete Ferguson, a 23-year company veteran, has been appointed President of  Health & Life Sciences, and Avi Khilnani has been promoted to Regional President of Yoh's West Region.

Ferguson is recognized for his extensive experience in each aspect of Yoh's Health and Life Sciences business. Ferguson joined Yoh in 1984; after serving in a number of positions, he was promoted District Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic, where he was instrumental in growing that district into one of the largest in the company's history. He became President of Yoh's East region in 2006.

Khilnani brings more than 13 years management experience to his new position.  Prior to joining Yoh, Khilnani was President of On Staff and has also served in a variety of senior-level roles at Kforce (NASDAQ: KFRC).

As a result of these changes, Charlie Jones has been appointed President of Yoh's East Region, after serving as President of Yoh's West Region.  Jones joined Yoh in 2004 as Vice President of Process & Operations with 28 years of experience in a wide range of positions in the talent industry, including Vice President and General Manager for Oxford Global Resources.
